CUTTING n BULKING

Im 5'6 and about 135lbs im lookin to get up to about 150lb+. I got a work out set 3 days a week .In my workout are be doing a full body split ,doing compound exercises. I under stand the roll cuttin and bulkin play ,but the the formula for each that’s got me a lil baffled .Is there any one there that can clear this up for me ?
 
Hey, you should definately check out Bodybuilding.com, but, you really are gonna have to do a lot of research and check this one yourself, there is no specific formula (although you can do what others do), the articles, and forums willhelp you a lot.
 
I don't care what you're trying to do. Your diet dictates what will happen. If you want to gain weight, eat more. If you want to lose weight, eat less...but not less than 2000 calories per day.
