Im 5'6 and about 135lbs im lookin to get up to about 150lb+. I got a work out set 3 days a week .In my workout are be doing a full body split ,doing compound exercises. I under stand the roll cuttin and bulkin play ,but the the formula for each that’s got me a lil baffled .Is there any one there that can clear this up for me ?
