Cuttin phase ended -- Estimated Body Fat? Keep going?

Should I keep going, or bulk. Suggestions and estimations are welcome, of course. If you don't know how to properly estimate on body fat, I'd prefer you'd not vote.
 
I would always side with bulking first. The way I think of it is this:

You gain muscle, which will greatly help you lose fat at a later time, whenevr you decide you're "big enough".

If you cut first, then bulk, not only will the cutting portion be harder (less lean body mass than if you had bulked first) but you will undo much of what you worked so hard for when you actually do bulk up.

Nice progress by the way, I would guess around 14%
 
You're not fat, so after a good gym, muscle will appear way faster than oher people. I'm that kind of lucky guy that has 0 % body fat and can't manage to get more even eating 6k calorie per day :P So my abs are pretty visible, pretty cool, u seem to have a great body, just need to work it out a little bit :)

I hope you exagerating i hearh under 3-4% bf is unhealthy.
 
JaMION , what do you estimate that your body fat% is, I'm would GUESS, 13%-14%,
a couple months hitting the weights couldn't hurt though
decent flaccid, I guess I'm a grower, cuz when I get out of the shower, mines like half that >:( Looking at that I would guess you gotta be over 6''
right?
