Please understand that due to the constant change of weather conditions in the region of our distribution facility, the shipment may be delayed from our facility to the postal office. We expedite our labeling system and get the package scanned, but the courier pickup from the postal office may be delayed because of the sudden changes in the weather. We hope that you can understand the challenges we are facing. Do know that we do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives discretely, safely, and expeditiously to your place.
