I would have to keep myself tensioned manually though, and I wouldn't be able to handle the increase in traction like you said above, every 15 minutes. Do you generally do two 20 minute sessions? How do we behave?
One SESSION with LengthMaster 3.
Set 1
Total time: 10 minutes.
1. Bundle to the right and hold the stretch for 5 minutes.
2. Bundle to the left and hold the stretch for 5 minutes.
Rest 10 minutes in front of a heating fan and massage your penis.
You need to remove the wrapping fully, in order to let the penis rest and to restore the blood flow fully.
Set 2.
Total time: 10 minutes.
1. Bundle to the right and hold the stretch for 5 minutes.
2. Bundle to the left and hold the stretch for 5 minutes.
Session done.
In the beginning when you can't hold the stretches for 5 minutes each you can go back and forth between bundle to the right and to the left for 10 minutes for each set. But keeping the stretches for 5 minutes is optimal for maximum temporary elongation. But you should not do this in the newbie routine, only when you progress to the DBS (Downward Bundled Stretches) you should hold each stretch for 5 minutes.
This is the program schedule that I have done to get my gains. If you stretch more efficiently you will gain faster. Stretching for 20 minutes in one go without rest or detachment, will not be optimized to gain as fast as possible = it will be inefficient.
You can do it, but you will experience more discoloration in your glans from that. There can also be pain from staying attach for 20 minutes in the chamber. There are many ways to do it....but I highly recommend the structure I wrote above.
