Time to catch up in the log. Was supposed to start training again Monday but it ended up being Tuesday cause I got in too late from helping my girlfriend move all weekend. And I had to go right into a training event for work for two days…..but here is the training so far this week
Tuesday 9/12
session 121 (previous two weren’t logged cause I wasn’t hitting my percentages)
BPSFL starting - 9.5” not too bad after a week off
length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way.
Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with 4 booster bands. 1hr 5 mins split into 13 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.
BPSFL after - 10” happy to hit 10 after a break
Wednesday 9/13

BPSFL starting - 9.625”

BPSFL starting -
9.75” making my best starting measurement before the break
and this is where adversity hit. The old blister broke open and a new one as well. I decided to try compression
hanging and it just didn’t work so I scraped the session since it was already late. I did my 20 mins of
lengthmaster Bundle stretching but only one set of compression
hanging quitting during the second set. Didn’t bother measuring after. Plan is to stick with the
length master until the blisters heals and just up the sessions to 3
