That won’t work. The bars have teeth and that’s what catchs and the twist knobs also catch on the springs.
I did have my twist knobs catching the springs the first week I had it.
I saw a review saying how with more use the twist knobs break in and that won't be an issue anymore.
I can confirm that's the case since they used different screws for the newer prototypes as well.

length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way.

Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with 4 booster bands. 1hr 5 mins split into 13 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between. I throw in an extra set

BPSFL after - 9.8125”

Was able to train tonight despite the blister. Put on a blister patch which covers the blister and speeds up healing and double taped and it worked out. I’ll see if I can keep this up working around it until it heals. One thing I noticed is this daily bone pressed measuring it making my right pubic region sore. I’m going to try and rotate what side I put the ruler or start using a buffer like a shirt

Just checked and it’s like 10-11 lbs. thanks man. I actually had my first bad session last night but I guess I was due after so many good ones. I’ll update the log soon

What made it a bad session? Hopefully no injuries
No injures but strange I got the same measurement of 9.75 before and After. I was arguing with trolls during it so maybe that’s the reason. Maybe I need a deload. I’m not sure. I’ll see how today goes

the good news I took a bone pressed erect measurement today and hit 8.5”! So that’s awesome!

If it continues for more than 2 more sessions you need to take a week off. Just your body telling you it needs to recover fully
 
Definitely. I had to block people last night. I fell into the trap of arguing with them.maybe my dick doesn’t stretch well when I’m angry LOL
Don't give them what they want. Be the bigger man, and at this point in your PE career, definitely the man with the bigger dick haha
And just let them be miserable and negative by themselves

Monitoring before and after BPSFL is how we determine if we need a break.
Once post workout elongation is less than 2% its time for a week off.
We do 1-2 more sessions to make sure there wasn't an error in measuring.
When it's confirmed it's less than 2% you have alot of cumulative fatigue that needs to reset.
I'm personally taking a week off every 4 weeks going forward.

Last night was the second training session in a row where my post workout measurement wasn’t at least 102% my pre workout measurement so I am following the advice above posted by Tommy from bd and taking the week off. Hope to come back to new gains

You'll come back and hit a new PR man.
After my week off I was 1 MM longer. Measured 4 times just to make sure.
Isn't much but shows you won't lose any gains.
BD even recommends taking a month off every 12 months.
Doing so you will actually expect a 1/16-1/8 inch gain despite doing zero training

Comes back to, if you lose your gains, you never actually gained
 
Time to catch up in the log. Was supposed to start training again Monday but it ended up being Tuesday cause I got in too late from helping my girlfriend move all weekend. And I had to go right into a training event for work for two days…..but here is the training so far this week

Tuesday 9/12

session 121 (previous two weren’t logged cause I wasn’t hitting my percentages)

BPSFL starting - 9.5” not too bad after a week off

9/14

BPSFL starting - 9.75” making my best starting measurement before the break

and this is where adversity hit. The old blister broke open and a new one as well. I decided to try compression hanging and it just didn’t work so I scraped the session since it was already late. I did my 20 mins of lengthmaster Bundle stretching but only one set of compression hanging quitting during the second set. Didn’t bother measuring after. Plan is to stick with the length master until the blisters heals and just up the sessions to 3
