length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way. I Am getting better at wrapping, getting a nice tight wrap and attaching the
lengthmaster lower while still getting the two turns as I get longer and getting better bite allowing me to pull harder. I am also continuing to pull back under the chair. This makes me really feel the stretch so I’ll keep up with this…..
Total man extender - 1.5 hrs. I set up the booster kit and added two small rubber bands to the thicker 4mm cord at the same extender length. I’ll test the resistance after
Note- one of things I don’t like about the total man extender is how hard it is to set up for an add on like the booster kit. What a pain. Mike from total man makes it looks easy but he’s done it a million times and it really isn’t. Thank god it’s done now
