Yes you want strong pulling force.What I like about these extenders is the higher tension. This one goes to 10 kg and so do the total man and Apex 40 lbs

I know what you are talking about. I had the luxury to be able to study through work (for a long time), and this have meant that I have been able to be at home all the time.So sadly I took off Saturday and Sunday as just too much was going on but back in the mix tonight

length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way. I honestly felt this the hardest I have ever pulled and no issues
Totalman extender - 2 hrs.
Length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way. I did this session in the total man cup while using a screwdriver for leverage to save time

I never gained anything from itSo I am new to the forum. Lurked for a couple days before making my first post in the intro thread. I started PE last year with the phallosan forte. Didn’t gain much (.25-.5” length and .25” girth after a little more than 6 months) but I learned from my mistakes and have a new plan in place. I had to take a break from a blister which happened before I learned about m3 tape. I will lay out my start and mistakes and my learning process this weekend when I have more time. I have a new plan now. I have new tools on their way but I wanted to start with my first post in the log today but my new plan won’t start until the new tools arrive. I plan to do SRT once those tools arrive. I started working from home during the pandemic and then found a new job which is from home even after so I got the time….
today’s training:
i got up late for work and had to rush then had back to back to back meetings to lunch which cut into my PE time so not my best today

leg belt under my desk while working - 4 hrs after lunch. Normally I would like this to be 6 hrs but like I said I got a late start today
right after I put on the total man sleeve for passive healing for around 2 hrs before dinner
after dinner - two hours using the phallosan bell with the total man frame for stretching while watching tv.
I will put the total man sleeve on again for bed
current measurements
none bone pressed erect length: 6.75” most days but sometimes I get 7” but I think this is only after PE so I don’t currently count it so 6.75” is what I am going with

erect girth: I have always been well above average here so I am focusing on length more. When I started PE I was 6” but now I am consistently 6.25” and I don’t even train it
Goal: 8” none bone pressed length. Length is what I care about at the moment since my girth is really good. After that I will concentrate on a little more girth to get close to 7”
From the phallosan? Ya, it was a waste of time for me. I spent a lot of hours using it. The design is flawed as the belt kind of pulls your penis into the body instead of stretching the penis. I even tried modifying it and using a leg band with it or rod extender but I also just think the tension is too low and the sleeves are complete junk since they break easy or you loose suctionI never gained anything from it

Ya the strange thing is I have probably gained as much girth as length (.25-.5”) and I focus only on length so it must be the length master. I guess the squishing from the compression does itThat’s impressive!

I think I’m pretty even throughout but I always measure mid shaft. I’ll have to check my base and top to see if there is a differenceI have a baseball bat shape of penis. Thicker at the base because of the length master.

That's it you gotta remain consistent no matter what. Gains can come at anytime so do what you can remain consistentKeep training, everything will become permanent in due time.
