So I trained last night. Wasn’t able to during the day cause work was crazy and I was up super late the night before cause of work so I started training late. Well because I was tired and and drinking wine I fell asleep with the total man bell and leg strap so I was still able to get time in so that worked out lol

Compression hanging with lengthmaster
Set 1 - 2.5 lbs for 10 mins
Set 2 - 3.75 lbs for 10 mins
Set 3 - 5 lbs for 10 mins. Handled it no problem but I’ll keep this as the time weight for a little bit before I add a lb

total man bell and leg strap. This is where I totally passed out on the couch watching a movie and drinking wine. Woke up at 6:30am and I got in the bell at 10:30pm so solid 8 hrs
 
Today’s training

Total man bell and leg strap - 3.5 hrs

Compression hanging with the length master
Set 1 - 3.5 lbs 10 mins
Set 2 - 4.75 lbs 10 mins
Set 3 - 6 lbs 10 mins - most weight I have tried to far and no issues. I’ll keep it for a few sessions

Today’s training. I tried vacuum hanging for the first time and loved it. Way more convenient since I used the total man system which I put on right after compression hanging so I was able to just keep the bell on.

so I have started to wear the totalman bell and leg strap out in public sometimes. I wear workout pants which are baggier than my jeans and I don’t think anyone can notice. I can barely see anything when I look in the mirror and I’m concentrating on the spot. I’m just doing it for stuff like walking the dog etc. i wouldn’t do it for anything active or professional or with family and friends.
 
Thanks! Just really want to break 7” non bone pressed. Been stuck for a while. Breaking it would really motivate me

So make it happen. Kick everything up till you hit it. Put it in your mind that you will get there!

Busy day so not much time

Good job, keep it up! I've been resting for 3 days from a minor injury and will pick it up again tomorrow. For these 3 off days I've had some "tingling" feeling in my dick maybe it's growing from rest HEH :)

Thanks buddy. Glad your on the mend. Can’t wait till you measure and see your progress. I told myself I will wait 3 months of training in this log till I measure because I was getting discouraged measuring too often.
 
Tonight’s training. Again another busy day at work and I picked up a new car and they had me waiting at the dealership to finish the paperwork for a super long time:

2.25 hrs total man bell and strap

after dinner:
Compression hanging with the lengthmaster:
4 lbs - 10 mins
5.5 lbs - 10 mins
7.5 lbs - 10 mins. New heaviest weight but definitely time to hold here for a week and go gradual maybe adding .25 or .5 lbs after etc. felt good but I want to cautious

I'm with ya on that one. Not sure here when I'll have the courage to measure. Maybe 1st jan?
 
Todays training. Work was busy early but I actually got in lots of bell time after lunch cause I was arguing with my credit card company so good amount of time in the bell today

6lbs - 10 mins. This was actually suppose to be 5.5 but I grabbed the wrong weight. Not a big deal
7.5 lbs - 10 mins.

Tonight’s training:

3 hrs in the total man bell and strap while working after lunch

after dinner:
SRT day 14 with the length master but this time I added a 4th set. Been doing 3 sets of stretches in each direction (6) for 1 min but tonight I up it to 4. Definitely feeling more comfortable stretching with more force.

back in the total man bell and leg strap, goal is 3 more hrs

note: I actually was able to wear the total man bell and leg strap while I took my nap. I loosen the tension a little and postioned the strap more to the left so my dick wasn’t right between my legs cause I am a side sleeper and it worked. Hell, I even overslept. This is the first time I have successfully slept with an ADS

I actually started with active PE and it was great. Started right after lunch

At first I struggled to get one full rotation only getting it sometimes and settling for half rotations the others but I got full rotations every set this time. Just getting more and more comfortable with this device and pulling harder and harder.

SRT beginner routine but in the total man bell day 22 4 sets of 1 min in the 6 different directions. Tried this for the first time in the bell using a caribiner attached to twist and pull and I liked it a lot and it was time saving and convenient not having to take the bell off and put it back on. Still going to use the length master for it but this way every now and then when it’s convenient

Thanks. I kind of cheated and measured the other day instead of waiting and hit 7” none bone pressed which matches my all time best. I have only hit it a couple times. Hopefully gains are coming and I can get past it

I realized that too as my ultimate goal is 8 inches BP. If I get to 8.25 BP having that extra bit truly ensures that you'll always be at least 8 inches when fully erect if that makes any sense.

Todays training: so even though I work remotely I actually had to go into the office today for a group event and it’s the first time in a year for working for this company so that effected my PE time cause there is no way I am wearing an ADS at work since I am in a professional environment with tight work clothes and ya these things aren’t as discreet as they advertise (maybe is loose workout pants walking the dog or picking up food but that is as far as I will go in publicbut I started right after dinner to make the time up:
