hey guys i was wondering from the ones that do constrictors do you guys do any other girth exercises on the days you don't do constrictors or do you guys only do constrictors and then an off day from girth?
Every so often I'll get bored with clamped workouts and I'll switch to a manual session made up of greasy jelqs and horse squeezes, but I mostly stick to what's been working: Extreme Ulies and Horse Squeezes (using a clamp). I do these exercises every day because I need to. You might not.
