Consistent Erections

Hey All, is this normal?

Basically since the moment I start my routine, I end up being semi erect most of the day. Randomly I might add. Contracts alot aswell too. I'll go an hour where I'll be erect, it'll stop for 2, then come back and so on.

Sometimes half the day I'll just have a softy. But is this normal?
