consistency is key?

Now I realy need yall help on this one people I always here & see that consistency is key. So what I want to know is do I do pe everyday cause some people say 3times a week others say 5days some saying everday pe work & you'll reap the benefits! I'm kind of leaning towards everyday cause daily & consistency means everyday right I'm so confuse plz help your friend Tazboi!
 
Consistency is key, but every day may be overdoing it at first. Listen to your body. If you're fatigued then take a day off. Best of luck with your Penis Enlargement!

Agree, When I take a day off on purpose, sometimes it turns into 3-4 off cause Im so use to doing daily sessions. But rest when needed, Training a turtled dick from overtraining is wasted effort.
 
Every day, same time, same place until it is ingrained in your mind!
 
I train 6 days, and one day off.
I've been lucky with the gains that I made so far (at least I think).
Sometimes I do feel a little fatigue, not too much; phase 2 was a whole different experience.
Can't wait to get it down.
