i think of kegaling like breathing now it just happens if you do 1 a minute all day and your awake 14 hours thats 840 lol everyone can do 1 a minute that makes your 100 look like nothing and with less effort .... i would reccomend doing more but its watever works for you and your eq add more if you see that your dick aint as valaiant as it used to be
