Thanks @Old and lively!After three weeks at higher weight loads, let's go lighter on the last few sets. 9lbs stresses the tissues at the end. Reduce to 3lbs instead. Allow the tissues to be stretched, but not stressed. Use 3lbs for 5 minutes, straight, but do it twice. See if that provides better post stretchout results for the next few weeks.

When you finally cement everything, you may suddenly see some extra growth after a turnover period of 4 to 6 months. Extra benefits. For now, continue working your way forward.

Do my routine with higher stress at the beginning followed by less stress at the end and longer lower traction when possible
If i was thinking of introducing some pumping and jelqs when should that be done
