Combine cockring+extender?
Well, do you put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] very tight? Cause that could explain why this is happening.

About the cock ring combo- I have no idea. There are lots of people around the forum that have tried doing this. Hope you get a reply from them. But it does not sound that good to me. If you wear on a TIGHT cock ring for prolonged periods of time, your penis will start becoming blue and numb (and cold- just like your glans) and that would make the vascularity to the glans even worse. That's just how I see it- you know, I can ALWAYS be completely wrong rofl
