It really is! When the penis is on the body there is many factors that can make it appear as if it were smaller than it really is. Once you have it in your hand as a Dildo it is so much bigger. Better get some alginate and a bigger bucket. For many of us the clone-a-willy set (from different manufacturers) will be enough, but even the instructions do say something about of exceeding certain limits. I'd say even for a bit more thicker guy a different container could be better. I know you can get alginate online from Amazon.
Basically the same molding material as within the sets. The casting material is different thing though, but I'm sure that's available as well. Silicone mixes or well, you can use chocolate! Give your special one a tasty treat. Or make a soap of your dick. Many possibilities. And if you consider making more copies, then making a silicone mold would be the way to go. The molds from the sets, alginate or equivalent, doesn't last very long, it'll shrink and usually is good for just one casting.

I know this is an older thread but definitely deserves a bump. That video you posted DLD, first off his hilarious. I wouldn't have been able to make that without laughing hilariously at one point or another.
But it's a good reminder that we are bigger than we appear to ourselves.

Hmm. Rubber molding. Not sure what I can do about that. And erection drugs? Vardenafil did nothing for me. Maybe I'll try making one and see how bad it turns out.
