Check out these pics. Before I see a urologist I wanted to see if anyone had any advice.

Hey guys. So I posted about this a few weeks ago Is this ever going to go away? - Matters of Size | Penis Enlargement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums and I am still dealing with the same issue. I'm getting really discouraged and pissed off that it isn't healing so I think I'm going to see a urologist. Before I do though, I thought I'd post some pics to see if anyone has ever dealt with anything similar and what you did to fix it.

Basically I hung too much weight for too long and it caused a huge blood blister and an irritated looking meatus (pee hole opening) but there's no pain and everything is functioning normally. I haven't done any pe in over a month except a few minutes of jelqing when I'm in the shower or masturbating.

Did I permanently damage my penis or do you think it will get better eventually? And before anyone says "neosporin and hydrocortisone", believe me, I used a ton of both and it hasn't helped. Thanks for any help and replies.

That must have been one hell of a blood-blister! Many here have experienced discoloration (myself included) and there are a couple of threads dealing with it. I've just accepted it as a part of PE and wear it like a badge of courage, lol (not to make light of your situation).

I don't see any need for a Dr to look at your junk. I had the same thing happen during my first few sessions in the vacuum cap. Your unit will condition. Massage, firestarter rolls, hydrocortisone, Aloe gel.

Gotta be super careful with vacuum devices. Especially those with no guage. You've no idea the HG level inside and it DOES skyrocket to unsafe levels when you add weight no matter the device. Only so much you can do to mitigate it. Sleeves, cushions, creams, tapes, science eventually wins and the gas finds a way in to the skin.

I've had my fair share of boo boos over the years. Swelling, discoloration etc. As Big Schwanz Acht pointed out, discoloration comes with the territory, and is primarily if not exclusively the result of girth work. In my case, it does eventually clear, but takes a good year and NO girth work. Right now, I'm back working a lot on girth and am already seeing the discoloration returning. But, it is what it is. But this isn't your situation. Looking at your photos, I noticed that it appears your frenulum is a little "puffed out?" I may be wrong, but that's what it looks like. This has happened to me, only much, much worse. Happened about a year or so ago while doing intense girth work. It looks almost like my frenulum has blown inside out. What used to be a crease from my urethral opening down to the inside edge of the glans is now a blown out mass of tissue. At first it really freaked me out as I thought it might be cancer or something. But it isn't for 2 reasons. First, penile cancer does not present itself like this and secondly, If I leave the girth work alone and apply a little cortisone here and there, it shrinks considerably but does not go away. And the minute I do any girth work, especially pumping, it blows right up again. I thought about posting pictures, but I don't want to scare anybody. I'm sure if a urologist looked at it closely, he would ask "How the fuck did THAT happen?" But in regards to the swelling in your urethral opening, I am reminded of going in for a cystoscopy back in March. A cystoscopy is a procedure where they insert a tube with a flashlight and camera into your urethra and up into your bladder. In my case it was to look for any problems in the bladder and prostate. I was (no surprise) diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. And not a little enlarged. Double the normal size. May need surgery down the road. But the relative point I want to make is that the procedure, or at least the insertion of the tube, was extremely painful and left me bleeding for a day or two after. But I distinctly remember the Urologist commenting "your urethral opening is smaller than usual." Well, I wonder how that happened LOL? I'm sure it was due to years of PE. Constantly applying pressure, vacuum etc is going to eventually produce changes in different structures in the penis. Some of those changes are great, such as enlargement (which of course is the whole reason we do this stuff.) But other things arise that are not so desirable, such as discoloration, blowing out your frenulum (like me) or what you are experiencing.

I would suggest to lay off a while longer and see if this resolves. Then, if you choose to continue length training, I would recommend a hanger such as the male hanger or the Length Master. Used properly, these will take most of the stress off the glans (which is what vacuum hangers do) and still allow you to stretch, hang etc.

Wish you a speedy recovery.

I was using the Lengthmaster. I would actually love a vacuum hanger and I have my eye on LG but I've been waiting on this to heal.

I was using a Lengthmaster.

Oh, I forgot the LM doesn't utilize a vacuum cap. Either way, it is due to excessive force, and was basically pushing the blood through your skin.

I must go easy upon reintroducing my usual routines. I have learned now, but even earlier in my MOS journey, I KO'd the poor bastard. Came back from a few days of no work, and hammered away as usual. Black and blue... haha.

Wait a bit, and take the advice of massage and healing ointments/lotions/oils. If you are still concerned after a week, and nothing has cleared up, then it's your discretion.

I was using a glans cap but that only protects from vacuum. I just used it as a little extra cushioning but it obviously didn't help.

So you never healed from your injuries? That's super discouraging. Now I'm even more reluctant to go to the doctor after hearing Fillerup's story.

This sucks major dick. Not mine though, unless the lights are low.

Ok, then what I suspect happened is that after you attached the LM, it probably slipped forward somewhat and applied high pressure on your glans. I have had this issue with the LM as well. I still don't use it for that reason. You must attach and then, before securing tightly, squeeze all the excess blood from your glans. Then, if you hang and it still slips forward and applies pressure to the glans, then it wasn't tightened enough. And sometimes, as in my case, none of this works. And that could have something to do with the shape of your penis, whether or not you are circumcised etc. It's a real juggling act. Attaching the LM closer to the base may help. Getting a really good stretch without applying pressure to the glans is difficult, and you'll have to play around till you find something that works.

You misread what I was saying. Injury happens, and you must take breaks and focus on healing and recovery. I have healed from ALL OF MY PE RELATED INJURIES. I have fucked my dick up pretty good during my 10 year journey.

Since you were using a cap, that creates a vacuum suction. So same same. Take a break, massage, and monitor.

Blessings...

You said you were using a glans cap for "a little extra cushioning." Cushioning from what? Seems clear to me that you were experiencing pressure on the glans from using the LM, and thought the glans cap might help. As I stated earlier, you have to find a way to hang or stretch while reducing pressure on the glans. On a positive note, as tuffdong said, most PE injuries are reversible and heal with time. I think you'll be fine but again, still have to find a way to reduce glans pressure.

If there is no pain, then it is essentially just a blemish. It will clear up. Easy does it. You gotta crawl before you can walk.

Blessings...

I used a glans cap for extra comfort, essentially. And yes, what happened was my glans had too much blood in it when I applied the Lengthmaster and it most likely caused the damage.

So you're completely good now? No puffiness, redness, and you can still do girth work without flare-ups? I appreciate all the advice and reassurance.

I appreciate all the advice and reassurances. So you're all healed and can do girth work and everything with no flare-ups? Even pumping?

If so, how long did it take to be fully back to normal and back on a pe routine?

Yessir...

I dug up a post for an example. I took a few days off, then proceeded to beat the crap out of my dick with my usual meat head routine. You can see at the start of the session, no injury. What I didn't snap a pic of, was directly after exiting the cuff due to a "Oh SHIT!" moment. About 4 big ass blood blisters that made my heart skip. Calm myself, proceed with oil and deep massage for a good 30 minutes on the blisters and surrounding areas. Starting at the center of the spot, pushing deep and smoothing outward. They went from "bumps/pockets" to merely discoloration within that time. This didn't stop me from continuing the next session. I just took it easy and continued with massage, lotions, and oils.

If you scroll forward, you can see how quickly I recovered.

Neosporin Should be used on the area where the blister occurred As it will keep scars away. The hydrocortisone you use every day to keep your skin in good condition. This is all about maintenance so you want to use the hydrocortisone every day but if you have a blister or a cut or a sore appear you’ll want to use your Neosporin.
