I feel that if a person pays for Cable TV or Satellite radio the should be able to get the content they want. Not what the Govt Deems "acceptable"
Free Speech? Sounds like it might go the way of freedom of rights, prohibition, Assault weapons and the like. I'm concerned!!!!

Free speech is pretty much exercised on Cable and Satelitte. Hardcore adult entertainment is all over PPV and sat. channels. And shows like HBo Real Sex show erections and sexual activity.

Last night I saw the second episode of HBO's "Deadwood" and there was a prolonged shot of a heavyset cowboy who had just fycked a whore, and he's standing in a doorway with his pants at his ankles waving a semierect cock at the camera. (And it was NOT little.)

I think it's a pretty brave thing for the producers to have done. It's like giving a big fat FUCK YOU to people like John Ashcroft (who had a statue of Justice that stands in the nation's Dept of Justice lobby draped to cover a bare breast, the fucking prissy-assed schoolmarm) and people who want to 'protect' us from what they perceive as evil.

What concerns me is the censorship in this country of political and social ideas as practiced by this administration. They fuckin OWN Fox news which only espouses the lines that Karl Rove feeds it. And even past members of their own administration are held up for character assassination and destruction of their careers if they dare to disagree. Evil fucking bastards.
