I really like the SRT hanging routines as they work on the premise of increased intensity as you go up the scale and lighter intensity as you go down. There are two hanging routines there one is longer than the other. I’ll post links below. And if you have the Sizegenetics and the Phallosan we can use the SG for traction stretching and the Phallosan for healing.

I'll probably stick to the 1.5 hour routine. I don't think I can spend 4 hours inside the vacuum. I have tried to PF + Hang for long hours and since both devices use vacuum pressure, my glans get really really irritated and I can't perform as well the next day.

Would I use the phallosan immediately after my routine? For a short timeframe and then swap to SizeGenetics?
For pumping, would you recommend that I pump after hanging and maybe limit the amount of days I do it?

you should always do length work before girth because once your tunica has expanded it becomes really hard to stretch. So yes pump after you have finished your hanging. If you want to write this whole routine out so I could work on a custom routine for you I’d be more than happy.

Sorry to hear about your foam ring but I’m very happy to see the wonderful routine you got in today. Keep up the good work my brother, you’re making me very proud! You can make a modification to replace the foam ring until you get the new one. Necessity is the mother of invention so get creative and create your modification

Wore SG for about 2 hours.

Notes: Still wanting to get more time in wearing PF + SG. I felt like the wrap I had today was better. But not sure how much tension to use. I think I read somewhere that you are supposed to stretch just past your erect length?

Decided to take measurements this morning before starting my routine. But before I get into what my new measurements are here are my old ones:

Stats from 3/25/21
BPFL: 4 1/2"
BFG: Didn't record
MFG: 5"
BPFSL: 6 3/4"
BPEL: 6 11/16"
BEG: 6"
MEG: 5 1/2"

New Stats 5/11/21
BPFL: 4 7/8" (+0.375, 6 ruler marks)
BFG: 5 1/4"
MFG: 5" (no change)
BPFSL: 7" (+0.25", 4 ruler marks)
BPEL: 6 7/8" (+0.1875, 3 ruler marks)
BEG: 6 3/8" (+0.375, 6 ruler marks)
MEG: 5 9/16" (+0.0625, 1 ruler mark)

Notes: I took each measurement 3 times for assurance. All measurements were taken standing up. I tend to low ball things just a tiny bit. So if I took 3 measurements and 2 of them were like 1/16 longer than the other, I take the lower one as my measurement. I'd rather accidentally measure less than more if that makes sense. My base girth gains most likely came from Pumping that I had been doing from March up until about last week and maybe some of the hanging I just started. I was surprised with my flaccid length gains.

Above is my new routine. It's the length portion of SRT :). My old routine from March till about a week ago was a mixture of Jelqing, Tension Stretches, and long low-pressured air pumping. That's where my base girth gains came from I believe.

Base girth usually comes from any kind of heavy downward stretching. It’s funny how girth work rarely hits the base so it’s nice to understand that downward stretching is what makes the base thicker.

I love it my brother and I love how you’re throwing things in as you see necessary. That keeps things fun which will keep you motivated. But motivation is some thing I know you were already has just by the way you post. Stick with the face routine but also intergrade things that you want to put in. Just run it by me after you’ve done so so I can check it out and advocate for you.
