I'm getting really annoyed at being sore all the time. It's ruining my routine. Any ways to better condition myself? Do I just need to be more careful? Some thoughts on this would be excellent. Thanks.
 
Well, personally I might not do clamping every day. I went through your log and it seems you are doing it quite much. While I like clamping a lot, I still don't do it everyday as I feel it's one of the toughest PE exercises, at least for me. (Not that I would have tried all tools and methods!)

I recall you keep adding tension stretches one every session, was that correct?
You're doing a lot of work, you must give your penis time to rest as well.
But remember, you can rest and heal in elongated state!
Gaining while healing

Keep with your routines, but there could some adjustment you could make to them. Some discomfort is normal, but being sore all the time isn't great. How is your EQ? If it's good but you do get sore, then just a bit of toning down on the intensity could do the trick.
 
For a while I was doing my routine as scheduled pretty regularly. I think the intensity is the key here. My tension stretches....I add 2 per session and they put the least amount of stress on my dick. Its definitely the pumping and clamping that cause the soreness. The soreness is never extreme but its enough to make me not want to pump at times.
 
If I'm so sore I can't get a raging hardon, I'll skip girth work entirely, because I know I won't gain from it. If stretching hurts too, i'll skip that too and just try to heal elongated (phallosan, ujw, extender, what have you).

I hear you on the soreness but I would suggest you push through it in length work as there is no better time to stretch. Once a penis is so fatigued that you can’t get any erection then you should grab that dick and stretch it with all you have! Ain’t nothing getting in the way of that stretch when you’re feeling fatigue because your pelvic floor muscles are too weak to hold back. And remember when you’re stretching always use the reverse Kegel.

Got to 100 Tension Stretches. Takes me about 55 minutes alone now just to do that portion of my routine. Will change this once I get my Hanger and Lengthmaster later this week. Had some awesome positive PI's after tonight's workout.
 
Similar to me i let alot of other things get in the way of PE! I have made pe, health, and mentality my primary focuses above all else. Glad to have you back look forward to your progress!! Cheers

I found out about the "tension stretch " where you spend 10 seconds slowly stretching out & down while slowly leaning back, and then spend a further 10 seconds holding the max position. I tried this and it felt awesome, my instinct tells me it will be great for my length

From another thread, done while sitting on a chair to my best understanding.
I think @barracuda94 might have explained it in the chat, but my memory isn't so clear on that. Big Al seems to have written about the tension stretches, from what I quickly understood from Google search related to them.

You are not being ignorant at all :). I actually did not come across that exercise on this forum.

The Tension Stretch:

-Make sure you are completely flaccid. Grasp your penis firmly behind the head and wrap your other hand around the first hand for support.

-Pull forward SLOWLY while leaning back for a count of 10 to maximum tension.

-Once you've achieved the maximum amount of tension that you can tolerate, hold for 10 seconds.

-Release tension and start again.

Do 10 repetitions of this exercise at first, then work up to 100 maximum.

I've reached the maximum and I actually hold my reps for 20 seconds each for more intensity.

I have started to use the Foot Hold Stretch and the Hybrid Stretch found here on the site and wow...they are truly intense!

I’m so psyched about this! I waited so long for people to try this exercise that I created and it really never went anywhere until recently. I see many men starting to use the foot long stretch and it makes me feel good inside because I knew this was a great exercise. I look forward to you giving us further updates on your growth. Also I thank you for resurrecting this exercise as it is very powerful

For me, I personally don;t think its that intense but I give credit for about 1/4 inch of gains in length to it. If you lean back during the stretch and add extra time to each rep, it makes it much better but yeah I ordered a lengthmaster so that I can add more intensity to my stretches.

I can’t wait until you start that routine because we’re going to see your gains get so much faster! There is so much you can do with it that you’ll spend hours going through all the different exercises and ways to use the LM

Woohoo! Yeah I'm pumped. I checked some of the videos out from Lightning. Are there any other key threads or more important posts for me to check into?

Look through lots of Lengthmaster threads but also look into the PowerAssist and all the stretches you can do with that. Check out some of the videos on the Lengthmaster sub forum. One incredible thing is every stretch you do by hand you can now do using the LM and those stretches will be unbelievably intense.

Things are still going pretty good. Will be measuring on Saturday. I'm pretty sure I've gained another 1/8" in length. I feel slightly longer.

As far as Ball Stretching goes.....I ordered a longer and heavier weight and its a lot bigger than my first ball weight. I can only wear it for about an hour at a time before its just too uncomfortable. I'm trying to be careful with it. I can wear my other weight all day long though now. I've definitely already noticed more scrotum tissue and more freedom for my jewels to move around.

Thanks! It's just a guess really. But I'll officially measure Saturday night, Sunday morning and Sunday evening before confirming my gains :).
