I'm getting really annoyed at being sore all the time. It's ruining my routine. Any ways to better condition myself? Do I just need to be more careful? Some thoughts on this would be excellent. Thanks.
If I'm so sore I can't get a raging hardon, I'll skip girth work entirely, because I know I won't gain from it. If stretching hurts too, i'll skip that too and just try to heal elongated (phallosan, ujw, extender, what have you).
For a while I was doing my routine as scheduled pretty regularly. I think the intensity is the key here. My tension stretches....I add 2 per session and they put the least amount of stress on my dick. Its definitely the pumping and clamping that cause the soreness. The soreness is never extreme but its enough to make me not want to pump at times.
I found out about the "tension stretch " where you spend 10 seconds slowly stretching out & down while slowly leaning back, and then spend a further 10 seconds holding the max position. I tried this and it felt awesome, my instinct tells me it will be great for my length

The Tension Stretch:
-Make sure you are completely flaccid. Grasp your penis firmly behind the head and wrap your other hand around the first hand for support.
-Pull forward SLOWLY while leaning back for a count of 10 to maximum tension.
-Once you've achieved the maximum amount of tension that you can tolerate, hold for 10 seconds.
-Release tension and start again.
Do 10 repetitions of this exercise at first, then work up to 100 maximum.
I've reached the maximum and I actually hold my reps for 20 seconds each for more intensity.

I have started to use the Foot Hold Stretch and the Hybrid Stretch found here on the site and wow...they are truly intense!

For me, I personally don;t think its that intense but I give credit for about 1/4 inch of gains in length to it. If you lean back during the stretch and add extra time to each rep, it makes it much better but yeah I ordered a lengthmaster so that I can add more intensity to my stretches.

Are there any other key threads or more important posts for me to check into?I can’t wait until you start that routine because we’re going to see your gains get so much faster! There is so much you can do with it that you’ll spend hours going through all the different exercises and ways to use the LM

Thank you! I'll be sure to check around.Look through lots of Lengthmaster threads but also look into the PowerAssist and all the stretches you can do with that. Check out some of the videos on the Lengthmaster sub forum. One incredible thing is every stretch you do by hand you can now do using the LM and those stretches will be unbelievably intense.
