You should continue to use your stretcher regardless if you’re making a gain or not because an extender is just as important role in healing as it does in gaining. The LengthMaster is a very different animal, it is much more powerful than any other device and allows you to do many different types of length work. It brings gains from areas you never thought you could access. It is so powerful that you will never use all of the strength. It can be used with any stretch using two hands, it can be used as a hanger, it can be used as a PowerAssist And many other things. I tell man to get the lengthmaster before any other equipment as you make length gains so much faster.
A Tension Stretch is not an extender. It's a manual length exercise that you do with your hands. Basically, you stay flaccid, then grab below the glans with one hand and pull straight outwards in front of you. Then with your other hand, you grab your opposite wrist and apply more tension/force. Really simple but its been giving me results. I'm currently not using an ADS. Though I do have a Phallosan Forte.

OK I understand. I would be wearing the phallus a.m. every single day for as long as you can as it is a incredible tool for healing and gaining. As far as the manual stretch are using, I’m not familiar with it, but if it’s bringing gains than continue doing it. You never want to stop doing an exercise if you’re gaining. But adding in a lengthmaster will be a very smart move because it will replace every manual stretch you do.

Also, a while back, I was using a bathmate, phallosan, and clamping. All of that work seemed to really put a lot of tension/stress/etc....on my penis so I decided to cut the phallosan out. That amount of stress caused me to be sore for pumping so I couldn't use my bathmate. Do you think it would be more beneficial to go back try it again or maybe target length or girth first and then work on the other later? I would probably just reduce the amount of tension I sue on the phallosan and wear it for a little bit of a shorter time frame each day.

That makes good sense and it’s worth a try anyway. And you know doing a length exclusive routine or a girth exclusive routine is sometimes the smartest thing for some people. Many brothers can only concentrate on one thing at a time and these type of routines really work out for them. I always tell them to go for what they want most first and tackle the other when done.
 
MEASUREMENT UPDATE

1/12/19:
BPEL - 6 3/4" (Up from 6 9/16") - Last recorded 12/24/18
BEG - 6 3/8" (No Change since last measurement)
MEG - 5 3/4" - (No Change since last measurement)

Measured yesterday morning, last night, and this morning to confirm size. Incredibly happy to see some more length gains! 7 Inches is starting to feel like its just around the corner! I can't believe I've already met my length goal for this month! Depending on what happens on my next measurement date, I may want to change my March length goal. I have also almost gained my first FULL INCH in length! One more sixteenth and I've done it. As for girth, I might have gained another 1/16" but I can't really tell very much I keep bouncing between 6 3/8" and 6 7/16" BEG so I'm just gonna call it no change.

I am going to order an LG Hanger today and start hanging once I reach 100 Tension Stretches in my workouts (Will be doing 90 tonight). I'm seeing great progress from Tension Stretches but they are just kind of a lot of work......takes me like an hour to do them.....then on top of that I still have my bathmate and everything else so my total workout time is about an hour and a half. I know hanging will take a significant amount of time but at least I can focus on something else while I'm hanging.

In other news.....I started Ball Stretching. Here are my reasons/goals for starting this:

-I'd like more space between my bathmate pump and my balls.....sometimes the scrotal skin gets sucked in the tube and my balls start hitting the bottom of the bathmate and it starts to hurt. I figure if I stretch the skin enough, I could wear a metal weight while pumping to give myself a little more separation.
-I like the look of having a slightly lower hanging sack......makes your dick look bigger.
-A little more room for testicles to move around in the sack, seems like it would be more comfortable in general.

So I mean I don't want my balls touching the toilet water....that's too low. But I'd like to have them lower than where they are at currently.

I am using a 20 mm (Height) by 32 mm (Diameter) metal weight ring which weighs 10.1 ounces. I've worn it for about 21 hours so far. Probably won't see results for at least 2-3 weeks I'd imagine.
 
Congratulations on that length gain! Nothing like seeing results after such hard work. I like the idea of you getting into stretching your scrotum as this will lower your penis to hang so much longer and heavier and just give you a better general look for your package. With getting your scrotum sucked into the tube you can do two things one is you can pump your whole package or two you can tie back your scrotum using Ace. This solves the problem for everyone. Some men swear by whole package pumping so it is worth a go. Again congratulations man!

Awesome I would also look in to the Newbie Routine and check out the testicle Health massage and stretch. I made all of my scrotum and ball gains using this exercise.

About ball stretching and using BM; I've sometimes used a thicker O-ring to keep my ball sack lower when pumping. Not always, but today I did get that small pinch you described.
Then again, it was a good pumping session though. :) But certain kind of cockring / O-ring could help.
Or a silicone ball stretcher. On the other hand, let me see ... I tried the Silisleeve rolled, but I think it's better suited for penis application rather than ball stretching. :D Just had to try though.

I haven't tried metal ones, but those surely will make a difference with time.

Eww, @DLD ! :D I know a family member who had an issue with low hangers. Corrected now, I think it changed many things for the better.

So being careful with that ball stretching is wise, as with age they might naturally start to hang lower.

Did my routine really late at night so I was pretty tired and a little less motivated than normal. I did my routine but just in a simpler way and with less time.

Ordered my LG Hanger and another WMC Ball Stretching Weight.

I'm going to be switching to a length only routine once my LG Hanger arrives (which should be in about a week and a half). This is mainly because I don't want to have to worry about the temporary size gains from my bathmate (they last about 48 hours). Trying to use my LG hanger while having these temporary gains will definitely affect hanging.....so I'm going to just stick to length only.....probably until I reach 8." Then I will consider girth again.

When I get some more money I would consider getting a Lengthmaster. I want to add a couple of manual stretches along with my hanging but I want to use something more intense than my hands. Also just noticed the extender on this site. Damn. Quite the product. Wish I had $1,000 to spend on PE.

Oh boy! lol. I get nervous that I'm going to go too far with it. I've read a number of posts where the guys said that they regretted stretching their balls out.

Also, @DLD have you noticed any positive effects from stretching? Other than the appearance?

It’s pretty much all appearance but there is a little bit of a better feeling of self knowing that I changed things.
 
Idk if its in my head.....but I feel like my erections last a little longer (perhaps this is just increased libido.....I like the way the weight feels.....feels like I'm packing something a lil bigger than I really am) and when I pee it seems to come out faster. Dunno if either of those things really are from ball stretching though.

Definitely I would say that’s another benefit. It’s been so long since I’ve actually done this that I forgotten of all the benefits. So it’s nice to have somebody doing this and retracing with those benefits are.

I was still slightly sore. I think its because I used two clamps yesterday and didn't fully allow myself to recover. But, I wasn't too sore. Still able to do my full routine.....just didn't pump as big and didn't feel like doing clamped squeezes.
