Can't start new threads.

This is the only forum I can start a new thread. I can post to threads already started, but can't start my own in any of the other forums? it's been like this for a couple of days.

I can't start threads in this one apparently. It's all good. There are lock pics over the forums anyway. Things are changing, but I am not sure what this is about...I suppose everyone or most of us are on a probation period.
