Hey, I also got the same problem. I used the prepaid credit card, while I completed the form, I 've seen an error message. I was then loged in the credit card website. My money has gone, but I found the ordered form in my email.

I think so coz I've checked by filled the order number from confirmation email at www.Bathmatecheckout.com/order_status.php (I assumed that I got the confirmation email, it means the order was progressed) . I've seen that the order has been received. What to do? Gladly, I used the pre-paid credit card otherwise I might re-order again, coz the error message. I am just refilled money in the certain amount.The error message came after all payment details have been fulfilled. If I had seen, I may not click at all.

Hi there, I've also made a purchase through Bathmatecheckout and got an order receipt but never got email confirmation. More than a week has passed by and technically I should have it by now, I contacted your website through e-mail and no replies in 5 days now.

If you ordered from the link here it is completely legit. I would send another email in the morning in case their office hours are closed. You will receive your product, just be patient.

I waited for almost 2 weeks for the shipment from UK to Austria. Finally I got it this morning.
