Can you find what is wrong with this picture

It took me almost an hour to find out what it was. It helps if your speakers are really loud. There are very low pitched tones that are hard to hear, but they help you find out what's wrong.

I saw this one before, so closed it before I jumped and shrieked like a scared little girl. Um, not that I did that the first time I saw it.
