Yes. Ease up on the vacuum pressure. If you're using the Amazon version, or any version with a partial vacuum cup/bell, you're using the concordian type of vacuum pump or gun to pull the air out. What happen when you do this is you're pulling way too much air out of the bell/cup, causing the internal pressure to rise past -7inHg. When you're using a high intensity stretch pushing past 5lbs, that -7inHg suddenly pushes past -20inHg with ease.
When your glans tender skin layers are not ready, you're separating the tender or young skin away from the various layers. You're pulling fluid from the rest of the penis and cause the vacuumed pockets to have fluid, causing either fluid filled blister, or worst, damaged capillaries blood filled blisters.
So, two things to do:
- Ease up on the pumping pressure
- Ease up on the extender's traction load
