I guess you hanged with the attachment under the glans? If so then this isn't a lig exercise perse. Its sort of extending downwards. Or hanging where with cable and weight is put over a door for example and hanging upwards. That's right I only ask when the person is knownTake all advice and apply what applies and what does not apply let go of. How are you test the history of the user is by their gains and their progress threads. Stillwantmore has an extensive history and is really only here to help. We are all brothers of the same family and although sometimes we can come off as being uncompassionate but I understand we are typing we’re not talking face-to-face so much to be lost in that medium. I can tell you that the advice that you get from the legends here is going to be solid advice.

I agree with you on most post as I think we have also had similar experiences to date.

So 1inch the first 6months and 0.4inch 12 months after that.
I did the base grib flaccid stretch downwards just now and I felt that if you grab the base there is non force on the tunica. The tunica stays 'flaccid' no force and the tunics won't create (micro)damage
With my other hand I felt the tunica and grabbed the tunica with my 2 fingers.
But all the force is created in the surrounding of the pubic bone and skin etc in that area.
Also if you grab at the base flaccid (I did it again right now) the grib is going towards the glans and piles up the skin to the glans.
If you grib your glans and stretch immediately you can feel it in the tunica
So where did the gains come from if the base grib downwards stretch isn't effecting the tunica. (I did it again just now) no tunics involvement.

English is not my native language so i am not sure that i understand correctly what you say.
I don't know how it is possible to stretch with a grip at the base. I mean that if you do that the whole shaft remains without tension and you basically stretching your skin. Gripping the glans is the most effective, because its the only way to prevent skin stretching. Also the tension is transferred to the whole penis smoothly. Gripping at mid shaft, again you dont target the whole tunica and there is some skin stretching involved.
If you are a manual stretcher maybe you have realise that you cant hold the stretch enough time with the OK grip because your penis slip. Instead face your palm, rotate it and place your penis(just under the glans) to the space between your index finger and your middle finger and stretch. Like the V sign(peace).![]()

Like the twisting the shaft amd then stretch (don't remember the name) and just like bend the penis upward or downwards and and then stretch (has a name also)
Yeah that's seems to does something with the tunica.
But every exercises that's done from the base grip while the rest of the shaft is bend downwards or upwards, and then stretch (actually it's pulling) then you pull out the inner penis and then the ligaments are 100% involved, you can feel it with you finger pinching through the skin to feel the ligs stretching

Oké the inner penis I just meant by that the gain that comes in view. Because the tunica enlarges with micro damage only. That is scientifically proven.I should explain it better. You don't rotate your penis like bundled stretching. You rotate your palm, you place your penis(the glans) to the space between your index finger and your middle finger and you stretch like a simple stretch. Its just a different grip and combined with some toilet paper to prevent slipping i have find that its way better than the traditional OK grip.
The inner penis theory comes from a wrong anatomical understanding about the penis. The penis is tied to the body by the inside, the roots of the penis are attached to the bones and you cant pull them out. Its an obselete theory like the LOT, but thats an other long discussion.
Every stretch target both the tunica and ligaments at some degree, since the ligaments goes much higher to the shaft than most people realise. The best way to target the most important points of the penis is gripping at the glans, because there is no skin stretching involved.
But it's juts that there are more then 1000 opinions in the PE forums. And only watch the guys who's past are known and documented and are willing to help and show a high involved from day 1 towards other pe-ers.
Because for me 1 exercise should take 6 months dedication. I can't rely a 6 months 600 hours exercise on a unknown person, I hope you understand. And so I've let it known to you when you commented
