Im about 4 months in and only able to do about a 180 degree bundle. Will this affect my gains? Is there something I can do to help this or does it not matter?
 
SIM and DLD will say it doesn’t matter and I’m not saying it does,
But for me it’s a goal to aim for, it shows me that I’m increasing intensity and my tempory elongation is increasing.
(There are other ways to increase intensity)
Just saying it coz I know SIM will 😂

It’s tough and damn uncomfortable to push the next 180, but for me when you do you can see and feel the growth.
Honestly, at 4 months your probably not being aggressive enough.

I believe you need to work on to maximize your bundles. Tug at the limit at what you can do, and with time you will increase this more and more.

Maybe you misinterpreted me in some way?
Sometimes I give kind advice to brothers, just because I know it is not necessary to maximize your bundles in order to gain, but you will gain faster and more solid if you maximize your intensity with more bundles (more rotations of your penis). You will even be able to gain with only 1 session per day when you have got to the maximum intensity. But it takes a lot to get here (not easy at all).

In my experience it's also easier to cement the length gain if you maximize your bundles.

The more bundles you do with extremely high intensity, the faster you will be able to gain. If you get 2 cm (~0.79 Inch) temporary flaccid stretched length after a session of 20 minutes (10 min x 2), you will have a similar intensity that I had.

Before I quit lengthmastering I completely maximized the rotations of my penis (not every session, but very often), this was necessary for me in order to get to my length goal within 1 year. This is also the reason I recommend brothers to add a second handlebar on their LengthMaster 3 (when they need it).

The second handlebar was not just for fun, It had a purpose....look at this below.

Look at the angle I'm stretching at, this would not have been possible (my fast gains) without this second broomstick handlebar.
You will get strong fingers and hands with this technique. My hand strength are worse now because I do not do lengthmastering.

I’m being pretty aggressive with the pulling. My fingers, hands and penis are pretty tired after. With the bundles I can bundle to 360 but I can’t do BTC with it or even pull on it

I had a hard time doing the BTC as well when my penis was shorter. Try to do your best pulling BTC. Using an assistant like the vacuum cup (SiliStretcher comes to mind) so you have leverage to do the BTC. I use this method while working and sitting down with a seat cushion that as a cut out for the butt tailbone (coxic).

Hmm I’m trying to imagine it but can’t. You mean use the vacuum cup of something like a sillistretcher? What exactly for?

If the Length Master attachment or tools you use for not have enough length for you to do the BTC, which requires you to rotate the tool to be below your legs (hamstrings), and sit below the butt cheeks, use extension assistance to create that extra length. I have to add 4 inches of extension for BTC leverage back then.
 
Of course there is a correlation of length to bundle ability, but I wonder if we as a group could hammer out some sort of general chart from experience. For example, I’m just short of 7.5 BPEL/just over 8” BPFSL and can just barely squeeze out 2 full bundles (720 deg). I could be wrong, but my impression from reading the forum is that 8” and 2 bundles have a good correlation.

Maybe some of the brothers, especially those that have gained could share their recollection of where they were bundle-wise at different lengths. I think it would be helpful for the group.

Personally, I try to set aside a block of time each day for MAX-Bundle to push that limit. I was zero bundles for BTC on Jan1.

I don't remember. But after 7 Inch BPEL I needed to increase the intensity to insane levels and maximize the bundles in order to keep growing. Almost though my penis would fall off 😁

(not really, but I have no other way of explaining the level of intensity).
 
Don't be obsessed with the rotations, just keep the intensity high and make sure you maximize temporary elongation after session + implement SRT healing. If you feel constant soreness in your inner penis, these are good signs for gains to come. Focus on feeling the stretch in your inner penis. Relax fully into the stretch = reverse Kegel.

If you can't feel it by attaching behind the glans, progress into expressive bundled stretches (attachment at the base).
 
Rotation increase will happen as you grow. I think when I first invented bundled stretching I was able to get 1.5 Rotation but after some time growing I was able to get 3
 
This is so hard to explain. But you will feel in your inner penis and ligaments what to do. If you don't feel the intensity in your inner penis and ligaments, you need to increase it some way. More bundles are the best way to increase the intensity, but not the only way as I explained in post #3.

My experience is the same.

For me it’s easier (much) to achieve max bundle in this position, and save the max bundle for your last set when your already nice and stretched.

Slowly increase the stretch over time and before you no it your maxed bundles in all 4 sets and it becomes easy very quickly.

Can you point a liming factor, that stops you going to the next level, grip,slipping, twisting, skin stretch?

This is what you have to do, to not get yourself into plateaus.

I do standing BTC, then normal BTC, and occasionally I’ll do the exterminator but not often. I’m only 6.3 bpel as of now. But when I started at 5.5 in January, even getting close to 180 degree bundle was hard.

My limiting factor would definitely be the skin stretch. Trying to go for a 360 bundle makes it feel like my skin is gonna rip. It rolls over onto itself.

It’s tough but you have to get through it,
Some kind off lubricant helps!
I’ve been attaching at the base. Should I attach behind the glans instead?
im still attaching behind the glans.
 
Update and newest dilemma:

If I attach behind the glans instead of at the extreme base I can do a full bundle (360) but now I need advice on what’s best for gains. 180-280 degrees bundles at the base or 360 bundle behind the glans? Both BTC

Go wherever you feel the best stretch on the inner penis.
I think, the method is to max out behind the glands and move to the base later.
 
What does maxing out even feel or look like?
It’s about what your feeling where and how intense. Only you can judge it and decide how intense you want to feel it.
for me it’s a bit like (hard to describe) but a bit like an ache/ burn in the BC muscle or at least in that area behind the balls.

When I stop feeling that I’ll probably switch to the base.

ok ok. What do you think the benefits are from maxing out at glans instead of just going straight to base? Glans is gonna get tunica and maybe some lig. I feel like base will get tunica and lig completely.

You should always max out behind your glans first.
You need to bundle more my brother, before you can max this position out. But you need to feel this yourself. We can not tell you what to do, only guiding you. I always this: Talk to your penis.

If you experience you can not bundle more in this position, and the increse of bundles do not give you any more intensity in your inner penis or ligaments, it's time to transition to attachment at the base. But not before this happens.

For fast growth you should feel the same amount of soreness, in your inner penis constantly as
when you where new to this. If you don't feel your inner penis stretch and get sore you can get more intensity out of it.

You feel this in your inner penis. When you stretch hard as fuck, and you are not feeling the stretch and soreness in your inner penis and ligaments (most refer this to pain = not pain), it's time to move the chamber to the base.

In a 5 minute stretch/hold, you will either way be stretching your entire shaft, becouse your entire shaft will elongate. Your entire penis will stretch. Reverse kegels are super important, relax fully into the stretch.

By the way this only applies to behind the cheeks stretches. BTC is the only position you will gain extremely fast in. When you transition to this position you can gain fast.

Also lubricate the base of your penis with a fatty ointment and the bundles will not be wearing your penis down as much. That is another reason 5 minutes stretches are beneficial, you will not wear down the skin on your penis as much.

All great pieces of info to take in. I’ll be doing that from now on and max out behind the glans first before going to the base. Thanks for all the detailed info

A combination of the 2 is smartest to test which is best or maybe they do work together. If you look up the thread "the penis is not a rope its a baloon" this gives excellent information to understand this

You not really pull an invisible inner penis out, put putting stresses on the muscle tissues and ligaments that support the penile body around 1 inche from the base. What you are stressing are the supportive tissues to elongate then, including the ligaments. You also weaken the ligaments just enough to relax the surround tissues to force them to literally extend and grow.

From the high tension pulling, you are literally breaking and reforming cells from the inner tissues far deep at the base of your penis to the very base of the glans. You are breaking them, forcing them to repair, and making the smaller cells grow larger by absorbing the cells that lost the cell walls that could not be repaired. You are reforming the penis by pushing it to the brink of "you better reshape by force or die trying."

Change angles as well during your 5 minutes hold stretches.

When you do not feel the intensity in your inner penis, change angle of attack, bundle more or detach and reposition the chamber lower.

Your penis will elongate during session so this is also a reason that it's not beneficial to stay to long inside the chamber. Let the penis restore full blood flow in front of a heating sorce for 10 minutes between sets of 10 minutes (active stretching) are also beneficial. Always have a plan why you do something...and do it as efficient as possible.

I did max did 13 minutes inside the chamber (3 minuts warmup), maybe 15 minutes if my warmup took to long.

Also I did 10 minutes of Ball & Lig Stretches before the session even started in front of my car interior heater. This have 2 benefits.

Benefit 1: Increase the skin so your penis will grow faster.
Benefit 2: Get a temporary elongation of the skin and scrotum, so you will have an easier time stretching and do bundles. With Ball & Lig Stretches focus on stretching the skin.

This is so important to understand. Many new brothers get this wrong. When we say: Pull out your inner penis this is just a mind hack or an analogy of what you should focus on. That is: The feeling you want in the stretch.

Like @oldandlively say, you do not pull out your inner penis.
How could you pull out this, you would break all your supportive anatomy structure within you.

You're penis is "bigger" inside you in order to support your erected penis. Quite a big sacrifice of energy in the development of our spices in order to have sex. But sex is essential for our survival...so that is fair. 😁
