BTC stretching

when i am doing stretching BTC rotaries, i do left leg BTC for like 60 reps (rotations) with as much intensity as i want but then sometimes when i do the right leg BTC i feel the ligament or something pop out if i use too much intensity... i have to suddenly let go of my penis otherwise it feels like im ripping something from its socket? whats up with that?
 
I think I know what you mean. For me its when I was stretching down to the right I'd feel something weird like that. Dont know what it was tho. I was cautious, you should be too.
 
I do BTC's all the time and one time when stretching I heard a pop somewhere in my ligs but no pain from it so I continued and nothing bad happened. Just don't go too hard.
 
A lig pop natural and harmless. It is akin to cracking your knuckles. It is air being release where the ligaments rest against the pubic bone. When you pull, with some intensity, the air releases and you hear a pop.
