Bro splits for PE

Was thinking about the potential progress/gains one could make using a 2 day split. One day focusing solely on Girth related exercises and hitting them hard, and the Next day, focusing solely on Length based exercises... feels like there may be some benefit to this. What do you guys think?

A split routine is a very good type of routine cuz.It gives you that variety and change of pace every day. I would say that probably a quarter of the brotherhood is using A split routine. So it obviously has great potential

There's no issue in splitting the routines up to make the body guess what you're going to do. It may be more beneficial to you and your body type. Give it a try. Remember that everyone's body is uniquely different. This is why there's a baseline for PE, and once you complete the baseline exercise to see where you are, you begin your own customization. This is not only essential, it's a requirement. We always encourage different approaches to maximize you gains. DLD came up with dozens of exercises because your body will eventually adapt to the change, and you have to overcome the adaptation with new approaches to make your body keep on guessing, and readopt the new change phases.

Ive been around since 09, most of the routines ive seen on here, split day and night, rarely have i seen 2 day splits. I like the idea that you can train intensely with each, and its not always hitting the same stressors. Plus, you're finally getting almost double the time on that single force expansion, than you would, if you did an intraday split.

True. Most have always pursue a more intense daily routine by splitting a half day; heavily stressing in the morning and stressing at night, while keeping a lower stress load throught out the day. These were the days of getting the longest and biggest penis possible in the shortest time.

However, time has changed and new data over the years allows us to compile routines more methodologically. Pushing hard is good, but pushing it smartly triple the rewards. Too many different kind of body types, biological and mental factors, dietary and medical variables, and as simple as emotion and hormonal issues. We have to break it down even more, and examine everything at the most fundamental levels through constant trials and errors. Splitting it from twice a day to every other day is great new approach to test the mentioned out.

Yes, this is exactly why splitting days works phenomenally, because you give those stressor a break every other day... I'm going to train like this once i finish writing up my next routine. I'm of the opinion that volume is of most importance, and a force which is significant, but does not trigger the protective retraction.

Just remember, the most important thing in consistency and motivation, so whatever routine you pick, be sure you stick with that routine until you reach a plateau and need to move on.

bro i am complete newbie , can you please suggest me a split , and how many days a week should i be doing these exercise ??

i am to start my PE journey by doing SIM manual guide by watching his videos and doing exercises , but i ant to know how I should split my exercise routine ??

Always a welcome, brother.

SIM's manual approach is very straight forward. He attacked everything with dedication and with a hard purpose to gain as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Basically, what are you chasing after? Length only, girth only? Both as the same time?

Then the follow question is, what is your method of approach? Daily for the exercises, just once a day? Have enough time to do twice a day? Able to go as many times a day as needed?

Last question is the budget. Any restrictions on budgets? We were all once poormen. Quite of us are still on budgets.
