Get a tube of hydrocortisone this will clear this up and it will never happen again

Here's how I've been staying extended for the last week or so:

I first use an ace bandage starting under my glans, extend my dick and then wrap it half way down my dick and then back up towards the top, strap it down. I then slide a silisleev over the wrap and unfold it down to the base. I've been able to stay about as close to full extension as possible and its really comfortable.

Super focused on length now that it's all healed up.

now to make sure this never happens again use a bit of hydrocortisone after training daily.
