Been using two SiliSleevs lately. I put a 4"x1" on just under my glans with the ridged end right under the glans. I then put a 5.7"x1" Silisleev over the top of the first one (just under the ridged end of the first sleeve) with the ridged end facing the base. Having both ridged ends facing both directions helps preserve the integrity of both sleeves. I also use a tiny bit of ace bandage around the base of my glans before putting the sleeves on to prevent slippage. So far this has been the most comfortable way for me to heal in an extended state yet. If you're going to try this I recommend that you use regular SiliSleevs instead of DuroSleevs because it would be a pain in the ass to get on and off with the harder material.

Going to be mostly 5x5x3 over the next couple weeks. Has anyone had any success doing two BM sessions a day? Or should I just keep it one and perhaps do a decent amount of jelqs in the morning?
 
I’ve always said this and I’m pretty hard-core but if you’re able to get another session then go for it! When I was starting out I grew so fast because a train all fucking day long. I am a huge proponent for 24 hour PE if possible!

Getting my Mityvac in the mail today. Going to try pumping twice today and see if it helps me with girth gains.

I love it so much more than the Bathmate so far. 10/10 for convenience. The fact that I don't have to keep going back and forth to the bathroom to fill it up with water makes it so much easier to get in quicker sessions. The cylinder size fits my dick perfectly, it's slim enough not to get my balls sucked up but wide enough to allow expansion within the tube. I also love how I can control the pressure. I can easily pump up to 10hg, know that I'm at that pressure, and then if I lose a little bit I can quickly get back to that level. In the Bathmate, you really don't know what you're at and if you lose pressure/water, you need to completely refill the pump and do it all over again. I will most likely use the Mityvac as my primary pump moving forward while throwing in the Bathmate occasionally to switch things up.
