Things going good?

Everything feeling and looking good. I had a scare last week when I started bleeding from my uretha during my 5x5x3 jelq set but I took a day off from girth and it seems to be fine now.

Also, I've been meaning to ask you, do you think wrapping in an extended state after a girth workout would be counterproductive to girth gains? I was thinking about this because after a girth workout you're expanded and then by wrapping after you're sort of pushing the blood out because it needs to be somewhat snug. Is it worth getting a few extra hours in with the wrap after a girth workout or just sort of let it heal in an expanded state for the rest of the night at that point? I usually have a wrap on between 10-12 hours before the girth workout which is still a decent amount of time extended each day.

That can be very scary and I think 80% of men that do PE have that urethra incident happen at least once. And when it happens I can be pretty scary but now actuality it’s a very minor injury. most men who have this happen reported going away in 1 to 3 days and in most cases it never comes back.

As far as wrapping goes and how it minimizes girth when you’re wrapping for length but I suggest is doing your length work first then keeping yourself elongated for as long as possible and then you and your girl after or later where you can put on a cock ring and hold that expansion as long as possible. It has to be done in this order or you’re not gonna get the most out of healing.

5 Month Measurement


Starting Stats - June 1, 2020


BPEL: 6.25"
EG: 5.5"

Last Measurement - Oct 1, 2020

BPEL: 7.25" +1"
EG: 5.75" +.25"

Today's Measurement - Nov 1, 2020

BPEL: 7.375" +1.125"
EG: 5.75" +.25"

I measured length like 7 times to be sure and on 5 attempts I was able to push to 7.375". Girth was the same as last month but honestly I'm more excited for the fact that last month's measurement was accurate and that I did in fact get thicker.
