Stick to the routine for a week. If you can feel you can go tiny bit more for time, or sets, or go a bit higher in intensity, keep going. Your body will let you know. Your call to keep going or not.
 
Let's create a quick adjustment to observe. The 2 minutes at 10inHg may be the cause. Let's do a dynamic pressuring to see if it works.

2 min at 5inHg
1 min at 8inHg
2 min at 6inHg
SSJ for 7 mins to increase internal size

1 min at 5inHg
1 min at 7inHg
1 min at 10inHg (this creates a dynamic pressure expansion without pushing at edema zone)
1 min at 7inHg
1 min at 10inHg
SSJ up 10 mins (around 7 min mark is good as well) to maintain internal size and remove excess fluid build up.

1 min at 6inHg
1 min at 7inHg
1 min at 8inHg (this creates a dynamic pressure expansion without pushing at edema zone)
1 min at 7inHg
1 min at 6inHg (cool down pressurizing)
SSJ up 10 mins (around 6 min mark is good as well) remove excess fluid build up.

Report back on this after 2 sessions. We'll come up with additional methods of approach. By the way, why not create a Progress and Routine log page for yourself so we can keep all this info together?.

Alright so this has been where most of my updates have been posted. I'm not sure if i should start a new one or can get it moved.

But anyway I've tried the new routine. Definitely less edema now however I'm not getting any expansion. What I measure at the beginning I'm measuring the the end of the session. Is that normal?

Yes. This is a pressure peridynamics shift. What you saw earlier was based on edema girth (bloated fluid) and not internal expansion. Be a bit patient and you will see it soon. Tell us more on what you experienced: more solid feel? thicker and harder? stronger EQ? any discoloration? longer flaccid state time. We'll improve your directional routine.

Honestly I felt the same as when I started. I was red but not bruised. Coming out of the pump I wasn't as hard as going in. I struggle to maintain a solid erection the whole time without p**n which I try to limit.

I will say this morning I did that routine with warm water. I was more bruised looking coming out and slight edema but both went away almost instantly once I start the SSJ session. I didnt seem to hold a much harder erection the whole time and after end I wore a c ring almost all day and felt like I was packing a hammer around all day. I did experience some slight stings for lack of better explanation through the day but they weren't painful. More like I could tell I'd worked out.

I take 1 1000mg pill of l arg and l citrulline mix and Tadalifil daily for what that's worth.

Also I'd add I am still working on length as well.
 
SSJ really do help eliminating edema and they seriously increase girth in the fastest way especially the 5x5x3 found in SRT. Pumping requires adjustments during the whole time you are using a pump. I always suggest people use SRT in whole or part. Glad to hear your cock felt like a 🔨 hammer.
 
@DLD On the SSJ should I be trying to compress the inner stiffness or am I focusing on the outside fatty tissue? Hopefully that makes sense. Because I generally to compress much more once I feel the inner stiffness pushing against me

Got in. This means your cavernosa (blood chambers) already reached their current limits. time to slowdown and ease up little by little on the pressure.

This confirms your limits.

Also I'd add I am still working on length as well.
Great on supplements and nitric oxide loading. But, work on the length but ease up the pressure for one to two weeks. Allow the internal tissues to reset and repair a bit more during your usual routines. You are outpacing your capacity to heal properly. I'll add more info later when I come out of fever.

Good pattern. Only reduce if you see a stress where you see more shrinkage or "tug back".

Yes. Give girth a break, but not completely off. Just ease it back to the starting growth zone at 5inHg. this is to prevent girth shift (some called it a girth loss) to length instead. It still maintain good girth size, promotes cell expansion, but at a lower rate, and assists with length growth.

You want to grip with intensity to include all of penis If too light you will not see the expansion that makes the SSJ so great. Are you using the 5x5x3 in your training?

I am. However I believe I may have been to light on the SSJ all this time. I'm gripping at the base pretty good but during the squash I don't really push much.

Update though. Only pumped 3 times in the last 9 days and kept it around 5 and 6hg. Kept up with my length work. I still battle the edema even with wearing the Penimaster but it seems to be residing quickly with a warm cloth after. I did or some penis caps and sleeves to try out.

I only measure once monthly so I don't know that it's measurable gains yet, but I believe with the extra healing I have felt thicker the last day or two now. Hoping to be able to ramp up pumping after another week of healing.

Don't fear going hard with SSJ. Push the intensity between both hands. If too much just go a bit lighter. Be sure to use the 5x5x3 training as it will only promote more growth.
 
Alright so tomorrow ends my 2 weeks rest. Only done length work and SSJ during this time. My new pump woth gauge comes in tomorrow also. I noticed my gauge currently is messed up. Anyway what should I start my 5x5x3 routine out at this time?
 
Since your pump's gauge is not accurate, let's wait until a new unit comes with a proper measuring gauge. However, since you have sufficient time to rest, slowly increase the intensity of internal pressure using a combination of SSJ, C-Jelqs, and DLD Blasters for the time being. Obseve every expansion from every segment of the penis as you do the SSJ and DLD Blasters. Keep it up until you get the new pump with a proper working gauge.

Start with warm-up. LOTS OF WARM UP using heat sources. Make sure your tissues are readily warmed up for 5 minutes.

C-Jelqs for 2 minutes. Get your blood vessels primed. You had your rest, your blood vessels must be primed for flow and pressure build up. Spend about 5 minutes doing light C-jelqs.

Switched up SSJ for 5 minutes. First set of SSJ, let's start with light pressure, follows by 5 minutes of DLD Blasters to flex out the tissues under pressure.

Warm up your tissues again. I know it's tedious, but your tissues are sensitive right now. You need your tissues to remain warm at all time. Again, 5 minutes of moderate pressure on SSJ, similar to the pump feeling of just when your tissues start to expand with the dull feeling of achiness. Switch over to 5 minutes of DLD Blasters with the same pressure intensity.

Third set, and any additional sets you want until you get that feeling of penile fatigue, repeat the same as above. At this point, do not pump with that bad pump's gauge. The gauge is your lifeline to monitor for possible problems.
 
Once you get your pump and feel comfortable you should do the full 5x5x3 to gain girth even faster. You are so close to your goal that it should not take long to get there. Maybe 6 months.
