Damn bro saw you pictures you look huge, you know what is funny? Im the same size as you but i look much smaller, im a pretty big guy with muscles(not fat) and also very tall almost 2 meters, maybe yours is thicker but we got the same lenghtWhat my exercises look like: ??
1. Stretching the tunic: up, down, sideways and stretching around and by twirling. I use it every time I go to the toilet or in any convenient situation.
2. On the perimeter: DLD Bends and Dual Dry Jelq. I also use it in the toilet and in a comfortable situation.
3. Exercises with the pump 2x20 minutes, once with the foreskin retracted, once with the attached and 1. Stretching the tunic between and after removing the pump. I will also add A and V Stretch. ?
