Simply set your mind to into a mode where you don't see gain, try different method. Don't stress over it. It's like we try to lose weight and keep it off. If one method don't work, don't stress. Switch to a different method. If we see the method works, tweak the method to maximize it.

So far, your routine provides a good approach. Set your positive thinking that direction. After another month, if you don't see any gains with length or girth, we'll find the switch up of method and routine.

Although I feel as much as I work out, I should be 12 inches already. Maybe I’m just causing stress with little growth. I mean I guess I can’t complain after session today I measured bone press it was 9 1/4 inches again. I guess I’m just looking to be at 10 or even 9 x 6 non bone press

Be patient brother. The body fluctuate constantly during stress loading until the body adopts to the new level of workout. When you reach the point where you need to take a long break, things will suddenly show up. However, keep at it, and we'll switch up the routine soon.

But at that point I was already in this for about 9 years. Don't shoot for 10 inches as this is a big jump. I would set your next goal at nine and a half inches. This will bring you more confidence as you're waiting for your bigger goal.

I have a workout log above in progress log but mainly 30mins to hr a day most days

I'm so happy you understand as going for a huge goal. It can be discouraging, but going after smaller goals is easily done and will keep your confidence high. If I started out saying I wanted to get to 11 inches from where I was at 6 and a 1/2 inches would have been daunting. And truly discouraging, but when I started to go for smaller goals, they came quicker. Kept me confident.
