Thank you for your reassurance!Yes. If you press it, it turns white but returns back to red in a few second, you're good. If you press it, but it doesn't return back to pink or red, blood is not moving as well.

Five minutes of hanging at @ 6 pounds to elevate the tissues for hanging as pre-conditioning
Ten minutes of 9 pounds for long term hanging
3 minutes vac @ 6 inHg to transition from elongation to expansion
2 minutes of SSJ to promote internal expansion before higher pressures
Five minutes vac 9-10 hg
Five minutes SSJ
Five minutes 10 hg vac did girth SSJ and Vac wearing sleeve today
10 min red light Warm down wear cock ring 2 hours
Feel I get better expansion wearing cock ring than Silli sleeve for hours afterwards

Excellent I will get started with this any post feedback for the brotherhood thank youSwitch from 9lbs after 10 minutes to 5bs for longer time. Time is essential under lower traction load so the tissues can relax without the strain but allows stretching. If you are hanging for up to an hour, 5lbs is good. If you are planning to go longer than an hour, decrease to 3lbs or 4lbs at the highest.
The body will fight and fight the moment it detects stresses. You have to let the body knows that the stresses are normal at the lower weight at a longer time period. Slowly, ever slowly, increase the weight for longer time period. The the initial shock of weight is essential to break the bond. Every 3 weeks, add another 0.5lbs to the highest weight you are using for a short period. Don't do it for the lower and moderate weight, which is 5lbs and 6lbs during warm up.
