How do we know when we have hit a plateau?
Is this done by time or no growth which seems hard to determine cause we grow so slowly?

I have gained over an inch in length from the beginning when I first started Pe and 1/2 in in girth but feel like I’m stuck a bit when I measure out !

There are many levels of plateau, and any plateau doesn't mean you stop growing. Plateau is another term for the growth is not as fast as we want, the growth is still there at a very slow rate.

An average growth is 3 micro meters each day, either be girth or length. When it drops to 1 micro meter each day, we have to evaluate what went wrong. Over the course of 6 months, we don't get the more than 0.01cm of growth, we know we hit a hard growth limit, or a hard plateau. This when we truly need to find a different method of approach. The main method is to decon, or deconstruct, or decontaminate. In other word, rest. It can be a 3 months to 6 months of pure rest, allowing the tissues and brain to reset back to the new normal conditions. When we restart, we restart back very slowly to prevent the fast hard plateau limit again.

If you go a month without measurable growth it is time for a decon break for a week. But if it is not a plateau but simply fatigue then it's time to add intensity and/or adding exercises.

@DLD how do you feel about erected hanging?
I never did it but at hearing this i would be too worried about hurting myself. If your doing it now without injury I say stick with it. Let us know how it goes so we can add to our data index. Be careful and may God be with you in all of this.
 
Ok yea I have done few hanging routines with it but was not sure if it was beneficial or not!
If it would speed up the process and tackle both girth gains and stretches would be worth the effort
