Reverse kegels are to be used while stretching. A kegel should be used to keep more blood in the penis.

Day 9 rest day give tissues time to heal
Day 10 just red light therapy and resting time going to start using less vac pressure thinking I’m putting the penis in to much trauma!
Have cord like ring under head looks like lymph vessels irritated i been using 15 hg for 3 minutes vac by 10 minutes of SSJ during training but thinking to much pressure going to start using only 5 hg of pressure
 
15inHg is a bit high. You're entering into the upper danger zone. Ease up brother. You don't need to stay in the upper zone for too long to break the tissues. 13inhg is really good, 14inHg is reaching danger. 15inHg is just *BOOM* possible injury.

Got it. Warm compress using warm water bag or rice sock, and C-jelqs will do the trick. C-jelq is when you have your thumb and index fingers glide a long the sides of the penis, with the curve between the fingers (the abbuctor pollicis muscles) glid the upper portion of the penis to stimulate the dorsal blood vessels. Ignore the bottom. Some probably flagged this is as the angion method to trigger the angiogenesis, but in reality, it's merely to stimulate blood flow and drainage paths using compression and back pressures.

Normally, it's partially erected or fully erected. If you can't mainain erection, and I can guarantee you that you cannot after 5 minutes unless you are very horny, you can do it while flaccid.

Just to warm you, when you do this while erected, the blood pressure all along the entire penis will be very high. So, do light jelq strokes or glides. If you're half erected or flaccid, you can increase in jelqing tension as much as you want.

Day 14 it’s been some time in between my progress log I’m going to start today day one with keeping a log @DLD and @oldandlively gave me new suggestions to get started fresh!
Today I implemented these suggestions!
10 min red light
10 min hanging w 3.5 pounds
2 min of 5 hg vac
.30 sec of 5.5 hg
2 minutes of 5 hg
Following 5 minutes of SSJ
Follow 5 minutes of 5.5 hg
Following 5min of SSJ
5 min 5.5 hg
5 min SSJ
10 minutes of red light
Wear cock ring for 6-7 hrs
