Of course, it is I did this for over 20 years. I always had my penis wrapped. I believe this is why I grew so fast. The other thing I did was keggle all times which I was in doing PE. Between the these two things is success, and I hope you keep up with this until you get to where you want to be
It makes a huge difference, I can already tell a massive elasticity difference by staying wrapped 24/7 in just the 11 days I've been doing it. I guess my ultimate goals would be a 13.5 x 8.5, that way if I draw back some it will stay at that 13 x 8.

Question on girth, specifically the 5x5x3 routine. When you were focusing more towards girth, how many sets of the 5x5x3 per day did you do?
 
Two max if you want to push growth. One is enough daily. You can increase by 2 sets if you like.
 
For clarification, each routine is 3 sets. That 5 minutes of jelq and 5 minutes of pumping, or modification of minutes in either exercise based on your needs, total of 3 times or sets. The time can be exchanged for 2 minutes pump, 8 minutes jelq or some variations as 5 minutes pumping and 10 minutes jelqing. Total of 3 sets.

The max routines per day is two. Too many will not benefit you.
 
Routine done for the day. Going to order the bundle kit towards the end of this week. Everything seems to be on plan and I am for sure more stretchable now which was the ultimate goal for this portion of the journey.

That's great news! It's nice when we finally feel our penis becoming more malleable and stretchy. This is when we really start to see growth.
 
Still kicking it everyday, same routine and consistency - just making it more stretchable and can feel it for sure
Stretchable is exactly what you should be looking for and this should be a reminder that you may need to increase your intensity.
 
Still going daily, really feeling the elasticity increase so have stuck with the broomstick. Had to take care of some things, ordering the bundle package next weekend. Didn't think that the elasticity would continue this long, so glad to continue and give it a couple more weeks.

If you have any kind of long lasting elasticity, consider yourself blessed. Elasticity is one of the many things on the list to achieve for growth. It takes months just to get into optimization levels to gain elasticity and pliability. Keep the elasticity going and don't let up on it.
 
I’ve actually been measuring the growth of my pliability to an extent. For example, I initially tried to do a dld blaster just because I knew you needed both in order to accomplish it. At first, I couldn’t do it, but now I can with ease. That’s one way I knew it was still gaining positive on both. I also feel that ball/lig stretch is an absolute must as well as staying wrapped 24/7 ( the only time I’m unwrapped is in the shower for 15 mins every day). I think a lot of people over look the initial phase, it’s less about girth/length gain and more about preparation for that phase.

in my opinion, this is also going to set me up for less injury and maximum growth once I hit the full routine - just because I know how aggressive I am in training.

If there's a way for you to maintain and sustain that stretchability for as long as you can, like using loose wrap, low traction all day system or extender, or any method you can keep the stretching going for as long as you can possible, you'll trigger a secondary and tertiary penile growth like a few brothers have encountered. It's a tell-tale sign of an extreme growth phase.
