Blasters Question

Okay, I'm onto Phase 2 of the workout, but have a question regarding the Blasters. Do I let go of the grip after each rep, wait a second or two, and then re-grip? Or is it continuous without letting go for 50 reps?

And on the compression squeezes, not Isolated Compression Squeezes, but compression squeezes, is it one rep?

Take a break when you feel it necessary. I usually stay in the A-Stretch but just relax when I get tired. I don't understand the Compression question.
 
Compression squeezes, as in when you put your dick on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] case and flatten it. Do you do that for 60 seconds, one time, or is it like 10 times?
