Well I am hanging with my starter right now 15lbs. This thing is so much better than the regular bib!! It is way more comfortable. Does not slip at all and I am getting a better stretch. Takes up less room on the shaft as well, a lot less. Looks cool to!

I've bought weights ranging from 0,5 kg-1,25 kg-2,5 kg

I'll start out with 1,25 kr, then aiming for 1,75 kr after a week or two, then going for 2,5 kr and on to 2,75 kg and so on.....:bottumsup

The starter is so much better, it is totatlly awesome. It beats teh Regular in every way. comfort, size, easy use. Everything
