Bends/Clamping

Can someone who has been clamping for at least two years share with me the results, especially between 1st and 2nd year. Also, are bends (side to side) really beneficial for giving width?

I do all my girth workouts clamped, which is the only way for me to have an intense and productive workout. Actually, for the past few months bending (rolling, & squashing) has been the only girth workout I do and it has been very effective and has given me spectacular gains. I suppose bending side to side will give you more width, but bending should be done in all directions.

Rolling the blood through the penis as in bending but with a slighter arc. Squashing the blood together against both hands like an accordion.
