Looks like I checked in about 6 days ago. Since then, I’ve wore my ADS every night. A few times the whole time I slept, which was 6-8 hours per night. I would say I got around 36 hours in the ADS. Sorry for not exact numbers. Sometimes I wake up and need to take it off and don’t look at the clock.
I have also got to hand every night since last check in minus one night AND prestretched down, SO, and up for about 10 minute then about 15 of hanging where I progress from 5 - 7.5 - 10 lbs the last minute or two.
I’m sorry for not keeping exact numbers. When I’m home, I will be able to track a lot better and also I’m planning on measuring then too, which is beginning of March.
Great to hear an update and I’ll look forward to your next post after you get home with some more specific numbers. But the biggest thing I care about is that you’re still training.
