Beginner: What To Do?

Hey guys,

Hope all is well! I just joined the community after looking for the best forum that would help the most to help me get to my goal. I am currently 6x5 and am hoping to reach 7.5x6 eventually. Based off of your guys experiences, what do you think would be best for me to start? I am a beginner and Im not trying to start off with any advanced techniques yet. I was hoping to start off with light strength manual stretches and afterwards focus on standard jelqing. People have mentioned to me v-jelqing, but to me it sounds like standard jelqing to me? I'm not sure if I should use any equipment yet, just because I am starting and don't want to suffer from any injuries.

The best routine to begin with is the newbie routine by doublelongdaddy [DLD] himself, and has proven to work many times across the board.

Please read the first post from the newbie thread, and see if it makes sense to you.

Better off ignoring the QuickTime links as they are down at the moment, but the rest work.

First off, I would privately take pictures flaccid, and erect for your own way to look back on progress.

Please see How To Do Measured Pics So People Take You Seriously for advice on how to properly measure.

Once you are ready with a routine, please create a progress thread Routines and Progress Forum and keep us all updated.

The only piece of equipment I could recommend at this stage, is the lengthmaster, which enables you to stretch hands free through the device with more power, and also has a hanger attachment so you can use it with weights.

This device is for all levels, from newbies to advanced. Makes the whole art of stretching that more comfortable.

For bundled stretch, are you twisting your penis? It sound's sort of painful to me haha, and not sure if I should just do normal stretches first? I found a description online and mentioned it below:

Performing the bundled stretch is quite simple. It’s very much like wringing out a wash-cloth, except your penis becomes the wash-cloth. You twist it a certain amount of rotations, or half rotations in one direction, perform the stretch, hold the stretch for the given amount of time (e.g. 30 seconds) and then repeat the bundled stretch technique in the other directions.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
