Look for a natural sourced supplement containing high percentages of the RDA of B-complex, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Not One A Day or Centrum. Just take it straight or mix with water, juice or your beverage of choice. It is more effective if you take it on an empty stomach. The ionic silver solution you received (in a Moonshine Jar ) is a 10 ppm mixture. A 225 lb man can safely take 2 teaspoons daily for a lifetime with zero ill effects. But you can safely take doses much higher for short term without issue. I recommend you take 1 tablespoon three times per day for 1 week. Then reduce it to 1 teaspoon twice per day.
