Hi... I’ve been using the Bathmate for 7 days now, doing the 3 x 5 mins at about 80% erect. Is it common to have bruising around the shaft after use? Or does that mean I’m going to hard? It looks like I have love bites on my shaft ? Thanks in advance.
 
Yeah that’s exactly what it is. I only did 2 x 5 mins this morning because of it. Should I just fight through it, or stop each time it happens? Don’t feel like I’m overly pumping too hard either.
 
Key is restrict to 5 mins at one time which is what you doing, knowing your level for not applying too much pressure, ensure you are doing massages inbetween the 5 mins and then after you have finished.

Newbies will get this and should ease I've rtime as you get use to it

I started doing, attempting, some SSJ’s in between the 5 mins sessions too. Not sure if those contributed to it too. Don’t do many of them, just about 10 with some Jelqs to get the blood flowing again

Well for the pressure that exerts the pump leaves some formations in the pelvis around the penis in my case and my pump is X40 brings the base of gray ka which I can remove and gives me more pressure but I have left at the end but marked that part is still temporary disappears after a while are sacricifios q should be accepted too is nothing serious

I'll show you if that's what you're basing

SSJ is the whole success behind the 5×5×3.

yes newbies should use the SSJ as it is the most powerful jelq available. Nothing brings girth faster unless you add the 5×5×3.

Off topic, try to go into the pump with an 100% erection if possible.
