bathmate routine

Hey how's it going guys I'm new to PE and just recently purchased a bathmate and now am looking for an item to increase my length as well, was wondering what is the best item for length and if anybody has a solid routine where I can incorporate the bathmate with that item. Appreciate any feedback

quick question regarding the bathmate. I've actually used it for a year or two but I've started using it recently every evening and measuring girth afterwards.

I seem to increase by only up to a max of 0.2 inches more after doing the 5x5x3 session. Is this a normal temporary increase or should I be getting a larger increase in girth after the session? I understand everyone is going to get different results with using it.

It varies person to person.
I personally get a temp. Pump of almost 3/4 inch.
Don't slack on the SSJ part of the routine. Thats actually going to make you expand even more when you go back in the pump.
Some people grab behind the glans and at the base and squeeze together.
I personally see more expansion when I grab at the base and press down on my head with a flat palm.
Try that out and see if it cause more expansion for you👍

It does vary but you can expand more by adding more time or sets. Any expansion is positive so feel good about your expansion and if you can handle more go for it maybe a 8x8x3 or a 5x5x5
 
Thank you both for the advice. I will stick with the 5x5x3 for another few weeks and when I receive the duroring in the next week or two, I will see if that helps a bit also.

With the duroring, can I wear that during the session or just for a few hours after the session is done?

Strap on the duroring after your session is done.
Make sure to take it off every 20-30 minutes and massage or do some jelqs for about 5 minutes to get some new blood flow.
Wear the ring for at least 1-2 hours total and you should see your expansion sticking around much longer.

That is such an important part of girth work. Keeping those gains around as long as possible, healing in an expanded state
 
I will 100% get stuck in with using the duroring as soon as it arrives with the lengthmaster. hopefully should be arriving within the next week.

I will keep doing the 5x5x3 daily and then incorporate the duroring.
