Depending on how long ago you bought your Bathmate you may be able to get a refund. Contact them directly to check.
Give us a step by step by step by step very detailed explanation of how you’re using it. There should be a reason for your issues.
When I use the wine vac in the bath, I just hold the wine vac as is (straight out of the box) with the gray wine bottle thing (vacuum stopper) between the wine vac and the top of the Bathmate. I center the gray vacuum stopper over the valve, and use the wine vac to GENTLY push down the valve while pulling up the handle of the wine vac. Sometimes I feel like I don’t have to push the valve at all to suck out water, but other times I do. Again, I do not use any other type of connection besides the wine vac, I just balance it on the Bathmate as is... this is why it does NOT work for me in the shower. In the shower you probably NEED a modified attachment.

It has been less than 60 days. I emailed, and am waiting for a response. Im thinking the mightyvac will be a better option. I have tried the bathmate every way possible, and while it does work to a certain degree. It doesnt hold suction well. I can visually see water leaking out of the end occasionally. I twist the valve, Ive cleaned it. Ive tried everything, and it just doesnt work great. The only way I can usually get any pumping power is for it to be completely submerged in the bath, and it still loses pressure after a minute or less. I have to keep repumping constantly, and sometimes take it completely off and readjust. It has shown no results, and I feel its not getting enough vacuum to do anything. I could never even get it to pump me past my erect penis length. it was usually an inch less. I got it to pump up once pretty good, but it didnt hold it. Its a neat design, but I think upon reading the mightyvac will be a much better option.
an easy fix for this is to buy a piece of 1/2" inner diameter PVC pipe then push and turn on the o-ring inside the bathmate sometimes they become loose or when manufactured they sometimes are not pushed on right.... i take both of mine completely apart and clean them every couple of months even on my xtreme model with the plastic locking fitting

I emailed here, and they told me they get order directly from bathmate and they would take care of me. I emailed their sales...which is the address he gave me. I emailed last Thursday. No respoinse. So I emailed again Monday. Still no response. I was wanting a refund. Im afraid I'm not gonna get the messages through within the 60 refund time. I really want the refund so I can order a mightyvac. Does anyone have a better way to get in contact, or if I'm going about it in the wrong way?

The customer service here has been great....not so much at bathmate. I received 2 emails from 2 different people at bathmate asking for info about the warranty, or money back. I responded, and havent heard back. I emailed the info back to them on April 7th. Was just wondering if anyone knew if this was do to the covid19 thing, or whats going on? Id appreciate any help.

Ok so this is what I’m doing... I’m doing a 20 minute hang at 7.5lbs and immediately afterwards, I’m doing a 15 minute pump. When that is done, I’m putting on a sleeve for a few hours. I’m currently 6.5 x 5.5. I’d like to keep my expectations down, and gain 1 x 1.
I could probably squeeze in Another 20 minute hang somewhere... what do I need to do?
I would change some things around to make this a much better work out. Instead of using your pump for 15 minutes I highly recommend you use it in the methodology of SRT and the 5×5×3. This will take 30 minutes instead of 15 but you’re going to see so much better expansion.
A profitable hanging routine would be three or four sets of 20 minutes a day. I see that you cannot do that so I would add in some manual stretches. Or you could use 20 minutes with a Lengthmaster and really make some length gains!

Get yourself a mityvac. You need a pump that has a gauge. The bathmate is meant for people that are extremely cautious
