BathMate jelqing - endless supersets

The way I understand it, jelqing counters all fluid retention and signs of bruising.

I’m beginning to test my limits and I’m having no evidence that I should slow down other than my own common sense. I didn’t expect I’d be comfortably doubling the recommended usage in my first week.

Here is the question. What are less obvious signs of over pumping that I should be looking for? I’m already seeing the obvious spottin and bluing but I have all that worked out before I re enter The BathMate and certainly never leave a workout in that’s condition. Always end with SSJ
 
I see that you say that you always end your set with the SSJ. Let me make sure that you’re understanding the SRT exercise. It’s called the 5×5×3 and you’ll find it in SRT. Basically you pump for five minutes, at which point Most men start to take on fluid retention. Your follow that up with five minutes of SSJ. After this you repeat this two more times. If you’re training using the 5×5×3 you should see very little water retention and massive tissue expansion.

Yes that’s correct. That’s exactly how I do it. That’s where my concern comes from. I’m not seeing indication that I should slow down. It seems like 553 could be done several times a day no problem. I went into this thinking that was a huge risk and it feels too good to be true; that I’m able to pump so much.
 
This is why you have to have caution, and not get carried away. Coming from someone that has had a purple penis :)

Do the sessions with a safe high intensity, you will know the expansion is insane, push the expansion further then normal, hold that expansion, do this brief .. it does not need to be many sets all the time, I always trained balls to the wall in brief intense sessions with quite a few rest days.

So during those 5 5 3 moments, do them with a damn good intensity, full erection and all.

Some men can take more work than others and in that you need to experiment with yourself. Some men may only be able to do this once a day and there may be other men we can do it 10 times a day, everybody’s different and that’s why everybody needs to experiment, safely, and define your limits.
